Recipe: Kiwi Pear Protein Drink

Kiwi’s are more nutrient dense than any other fruit. 2 Kiwi contain more potassium than 1 banana, the Vitamin C of two oranges, and fiber equivalent to a bowl of bran. That’s what I call a Super Fruit!

KIWI PEAR PROTEIN DRINK

8 oz plain yogurt
1 c pears peeled, cored, and cubed or 1 c canned organic pears
1 banana broke into pieces
1 scoop (1/4 tsp) Health Masters Stevia
1 scoops Health Masters vanilla Fit Food Protein
4 ice cubes
4 Kiwi peeled

Combine all ingredients, except ice and Kiwi, in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice then add Kiwi and blend until just blended. Serves 4

Note:
We use Stoneyfield Farm plain yogurt because it contains 6 probiotic cultures which enhances the digestive and immune system.
