Intestinal Cleaner 10 oz

Sonne's #9 Intestinal Cleanser is a finely ground powder of imported psyllium seed and its husk. As it contains primarily fiber and no laxative or herbal stimulants, it can be used on a daily basis to assist normal bowel peristalsis. (In contrast, laxatives and herbal preparations stimulate the peristaltic muscles of the bowel, and, if used regularly create a "dependency" and weaken normal colon function.) Psyllium seed has a hydrophilic (water-loving) action that softens hardened mucous lining the bowel wall, facilitating its elimination. Psyllium seed can help you achieve a high fiber diet. Can help bind cholesterol in the gut, lowering total and LDL cholesterol.

Directions: 
Place 1/2 to 1 inch of pineapple, orange, or fruit juice of your choice in the jar and Add (in this order), an 8 oz. glass of water, one or two tablespoons of #7 Detoxificant, and lastly a heaping teaspoon of #9 cleanser. Put cover on tight, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Remove the cover and drink immediately. One heaping teaspoon of Intestinal Cleanser properly mixed in water or fruit juice upon arising, and at retiring, gives excellent results, especially if one or two tablespoons of Sonne''s #7 Detoxificant is added to the mixture before shaking.

This product tends to gel quickly when moistened. Strings, solid particles, and ropes of mucous appearing in the stool are no cause for alarm.
They are not particles of Cleanser but particles of mucous caused by poor eating habits and combinations of food.
